Washington, Mar. 18, 2021 – Axiologic Solutions LLC, a leader in federal IT solutions specializing in serving the nation’s national security and intelligence missions, announced today that its co-founder and managing partner, Michael Chavira, has been recognized as a 2021 Diversity in Business Award honoree by the Washington Business Journal.
“This award is a tremendous honor, and I am truly humbled to be recognzied alongside so many inspiring business leaders,” said Michael Chavira, co-founder and managing partner of Axiologic Solutions. “I share this award with the entire Axiologic family, because our success is from all the work we have done together, not just from any one individual. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the world in which we live. We strive for inclusion and diversity at all levels. Thank you to the Washington Business Journal for understanding the importance of celebrating diversity throughout our community.”
Since founding Axiologic Solutions together with fellow veteran Thomas Stauber in 2009, Chavira has played a key role in driving significant ongoing growth and expansion of the company in the national security arena. In 2020, Axiologic completed its first acquisition, nearly doubling its size and service to customers within the intelligence community.
Throughout this growth, Chavira has had an important leadership role in maintaining the strong internal corporate culture of a fun entrepreneurial work environment that balances a small-company idea-driven environment with large-company stability and growth.
He has also been dedicated to giving back to those in need. Chavira is a big supporter of City Kids, a nonprofit that helps kids in need in D.C. by providing after school and weekend outdoor adventure programming as well as job training and college preparation programming. During the City Kids Wilderness Project 24-hour campaign in 2020, Michael personally donated $5,000 with Axiologic matching his donation.
