This page states the Terms and Conditions under which you may use any Axiologic Solutions LLC (hereinafter “Axiologic Solutions”) sites, applications, or services. Please read this page carefully. By continuing to access Axiologic Solutions sites, applications, or services you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, terminate your connection now. Axiologic Solutions may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. Review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure compliance and agreement on an ongoing basis.

Conduct

You agree to access and use Axiologic Solutions’ sites, applications, or services for lawful purposes ONLY. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to all laws, statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of this site and all Axiologic Solutions’ IT Systems. By accessing this site, you agree you will NOT:

  • Use the site to commit a criminal offense, or to encourage others to conduct acts that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;
  • Post (or transmit) any unlawful, threatening, libelous, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable content;
  • Post, upload or transmit any information or content that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person or entity;
  • Use the site to impersonate other parties or entities;
  • Use the site to upload any content that contains a software virus, such as a Trojan or any other computer codes, files, or programs that may alter, damage, or interrupt the daily function of the site (or the hardware/software of any other person who may access the website);
  • Upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit any materials, that you do not have the right to transmit under any law (or under any contractual relationship);
  • Disrupt the normal flow of communication in any way.
  • Claim a relationship with or speak for any department, division, organization, unit, etc., which you are not authorized to claim such a relationship.
  • Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation.
  • Post any material that infringes (or violates) the academic/intellectual rights of others; or collect (or store) personal information about others.

Should you become aware of any content or posting that violates the above restrictions, you must inform Axiologic Solutions accordingly by sending Axiologic Solutions an e-mail at security@Axiologicsolutions.com. Upon receipt of your e-mail, Axiologic Solutions shall take whatever action it considers appropriate under the circumstances, including removal of the offending information or content.

You shall further use this site, application, or service in accordance with and subject to any other restrictions, limitations, permissions or the like that Axiologic Solutions may have imposed on you or on users of the site generally, or that you may have otherwise agreed to.

Extranet Account

An Extranet account is an account used by external user to access Axiologic Solution sites, applications, or services. Extranet accounts do not contain any of the Axiologic Solutions approved domains within its address. Axiologic Solutions reserves the right to remove access to Axiologic Solutions sites, applications, or domains for any Extranet account at anytime with or without cause.

Passwords

Passwords are an important aspect of information security. Poor password management practices can result in unauthorized access and/or exploitation of Company resources. All users are responsible for taking appropriate steps to select strong passwords and safeguarding them from unauthorized use. All Extranet passwords will conform to Axiologic Solutions IT Policies. Refusal to confirm to Axiologic Solutions IT Policies and requirements will result in denial of access to Axiologic Solutions sites, applications, or services.

Content and Links to Other Sites

Any communications that you post to Axiologic Solutions sites, applications, or services are non-confidential. By posting communications you automatically grant Axiologic Solutions a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed.

Axiologic Solutions reserves the right to delete, move, and/or edit any content or postings that come to our attention, which we consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. Note: The United States and foreign copyright laws, as well as international conventions, protect the contents of the website.

All information on this site is to be considered as personal and business sensitive and will not be used or discussed with individuals other than those authorized to use it. The Information System may contain Covered Defense Information (CDI). All sites, services, and applications should be treated as NOT cleared for ANY classified information unless explicitly stated otherwise. The processing of U.S. Government classified information (i.e., TOP SECRET, SECRET, CONFIDENTIAL) is specifically prohibited on all Axiologic Solutions computer assets, services, and other systems, unless a system has been specifically approved for such processing by the Defense Security Service. Questions regarding approved systems are to be addressed to the ISSM@axiologicsolutions.com as the procedures for processing of classified information are unique for each approved system. Information on Axiologic Solutions sites, applications, or services are proprietary and may be legally privileged. It is intended solely for authorized users and is subject to Axiologic Solutions Non-Disclosure Agreement and/or internal confidentiality disclosures. If you are not authorized, any disclosure, copying, distribution, or any action taken or omitted to said data is prohibited and subject to criminal and civil penalties. Posting of company-confidential, inappropriate materials, dissemination of proprietary data or the posting of or manipulating of data not related to the specific project authorized may result in breach of contract, termination, and any other remedies available by law or equity. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Axiologic Solutions of the contents of such third-party websites. Axiologic Solutions is not responsible for the content of the linked third-party sites and does not make any representation regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party websites. Monitoring

Axiologic Solutions reserves the right to monitor the content that you provide. Any system may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including ensuring that their use is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. Monitoring may include active attacks by authorized entities to test or verify the security of this system. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, used for authorized purposes and subject to audit. Use of the information system indicates consent to monitoring and recording. All information, including personal information, placed on, or sent over this system may be monitored. Use of this web system, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitoring of this system. Unauthorized use may subject you to criminal prosecution. Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be used for administrative, criminal, or adverse action.

Disclaimer and Warranties

You agree that use of the Axiologic Solutions site and its applicable services are entirely at your own risk. The website and its services are provided on an “as is” or “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind. All express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, Axiologic Solutions disclaims any warranties for the security, reliability, timeliness, accuracy, and performance of the website.
Axiologic Solutions reserves the right to take the website and its services offline for any reason. The website and its services shall occasionally be taken offline for routine maintenance. For all security related or other critical upgrades, Axiologic Solutions can take the website and its services offline without notice.

Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Axiologic Solutions be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (even if Axiologic Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from any aspect of your use of the website, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the site, from the inability to use the website or the service, or the interruption, suspension, modification, alteration, or termination of the site. Such limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or products received through the website. These limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Axiologic Solutions, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post or make available through the site, your violation of the Use Agreement, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

General Information

These Terms and Conditions (collectively, “Use Agreement”) constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiologic Solutions in reference to using this site. This Use Agreement and the relationship between you and Axiologic Solutions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. The failure of Axiologic Solutions to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Use Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Use Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Use Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the website or the Use Agreement, must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

The use of personal e-mail addresses to access our sites is not permitted. You cannot share your credentials with other users.

Employee Access

All Axiologic Solutions employees must use their corporate network account credentials to access the extranet. They must either be physically connected to the Axiologic Solutions network or connected through the Connect Portal via two-factor authentication.

Axiologic Solutions employees are NOT authorized to use any e-mail address (professional or personal) to request an extranet account. Axiologic Solutions employees possessing an extranet account shall have their extranet account revoked.

Third-Party Access

At no time shall third-party applications, systems, or services access Axiologic Solutions IT sites, applications, or services without explicit approval. All NON-approved third-party access will be terminated without notice. All third-party access for systems, services, or persons will be reviewed by Axiologic Solutions Security and IT Departments, and all third parties agree to adhere to Axiologic Solutions policies and requirements. Failure to comply with policies and requirements will result in revocation or denial of site, application, or service access.

Site Owner Responsibilities

Site Owners have full control and responsibility of their extranet site. Only Axiologic Solutions employees shall be authorized as Site Owners within the corporate extranet.

Site Owners are responsible for the following routine tasks:

  • Requesting extranet accounts for external non-Axiologic Solutions users (business partners, vendors, subcontractors, customers) who require access to their site.
  • Assigning site permissions for extranet accounts and Axiologic Solutions employees.
  • Reviewing site permissions on a regular basis and removing accounts that are no longer in use.
  • Ensuring that site content permissions are in place to limit access to an appropriate audience.
  • Ensuring all content posted to the site is accurate, relevant, and current.
  • Securing information to meet all legal and compliance standards.
  • Removing restricted and outdated materials.
  • Ensuring that non- Axiologic Solutions users have been vetted to be trustworthy, prior to requesting account.
