David Reid

Chief Strategy Officer

David Reid provides Axiologic with more than thirty-four years’ experience as a successful intelligence professional and strategic executive capable of analyzing complex problems, establishing the strategic direction for key initiatives, and delivering increased revenue. He served twenty-three years in the US Navy Reserve, where he retired as a commander (O-5). While in the navy, he provided strategic planning and intelligence support to the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO); the Defense HUMINT Management Office (DHMO); the NRO-based Space and Naval Warfare Command (SPAWAR); the Fleet Information Warfare Command (FIWC); the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), and the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA). While in the navy, he was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal on three occasions and made deployments to South Korea and Iceland. He holds a BA in political science from Northeastern Oklahoma State University (NSU) and a master’s diploma in strategic intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College (JMIC). In addition to serving as Axiologic’s CSO, Mr. Reid also serves as a delegate (VA-32) in the Virginia General Assembly. First elected in 2017, he currently serves on the Transportation and the Counties, Cities and Towns committees and has been an advocate for college affordability, renewable energy, foster children, and the resolution of transportation issues across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
